At Escapade Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
